We are excited to gather with our project team and partners at Henry Horton State Park. There we will strategize on advancing our relationships with the community to build trust, and we will exhibit the work of our committed Nurse Navigators thus far. As our effort pivots to the intervention phase, we will also take this opportunity to develop our action plans.
